Destiny...
Greatness is a matter of conscious choice and discipline…
There are many addages that exist in this world but here are a couple that seem to be rising to the top of my world: 1) "With age comes wisdom and sometimes age comes alone" and 2) “You have to learn to follow before you are able to lead…”

What is....Standard Leadership?
...assumes employees to be robots and do as they are told. Typically based on man's natural instinct that only Leadership is capable of making quality decisions. Also known as Command-and-Control leadership. Low efficiency is caused by the disconnect between management and the frontline. Management is busy dealing with problems that affect them while ignoring problems that affect the frontline. Frontline problems are only dealt with when they explode into a major problem.
A long term employee of the Missouri Department of Conservation. I believe in our directives as outlined in our Constitutional Mandate and work daily to add value to this Organization. My intent here to share some of my personal thoughts, ideas, and/or perspectives for other members of the Technology Services Staff.
